shiningstar thats seem to be the same for me also... and sometimes I off the alarm and sleep like a log and get late for office as well.

As like has become so fast paced and we dont have time and alot to do in this competitive world... my sleeping time has gone down to 6-7 hrs... will it affect in long run and will it affect health adversly... what is ur average...
