Have you ever donated blood? Is it usual in your country of people donating blood? I donated once when I was in university, it's OK of doing something you could help other people. While somebody just believe it's bad to your own...

elisa812 Yes, I've given blood many times. I try to be in the habit of giving about every 8 weeks, since that's how long you have to wait between donations. I think it's a great thing to do because it helps other people, and can save lives!

howard96h It is safe to donate blood, you can not get AIDS from donating. You are giving your blood not getting blood. It is 100% safe to do it.
