omega 3 and weight loss

Has someone lost weight just by taking omega 3 capules. If yes, how may copsules per day should be taken. I have no idea what is Omega 6 and omega 9. I am interested only in Omega 3. Please give your views.

shweta123 its stupidity to take pills to lose weight... it might have many side effects... so its better that u do some physical excercises which makes u fit physically as well as mentally
