Do you 'REACT' or 'RESPOND' when angry? Do you lose it and lash out when somebody angers you? or make the effort to count to ten to calm you down. Or chose the best option get a grip on yourself and handle the situation...

silverkitten It all depends on the situation. If I am at work and someone makes me angry or frustrated, I count to ten and try to calm myself down. If possible, I retreat to a quiet area (usually the toilet) and let out a huge silent scream. I feel better then and more in...
