Do you have a right to smoke in your own home!

Here in Montreal there is a case going on where a landlord is taking her tenant to court because she is a smoker. The tenant maintains that she has a right to smoke inside her own home since she is not allowed to smoke outside...

simmam ya offcourse, it's one wish to smoke or not in his/ her house. As a matter of right, he can smoke but as a human being, he has to take a decision depending upon the situation.
