Are you bothered by poor grammar?

Meaning no offense to anyone I have noticed a recurring theme of very poor grammar. Does anyone else get bothered by this? Do you have a hard time understanding what some people are saying?

simplyforgiven I am glad someone is with me. I don't mind the occasional spelling mistake here and there but when you can't even form a sentence that remotely makes sense...seriously please find something else to do with your time...

simplyforgiven yes I definately was doing everything I was supposed to be. Unfortunately he is unable to see that when he sits in his office all day. I think that in the state of missouri an employer can fire you with no cause. I'm unsure of the rules for demotion though
