I have listed some of the technique to keep our mind cool. 1. doing yoga or some kind of excise daily 2. try to avoid the tension moment. do you have any other suggestions.

singlepixel that's right! Yoga is one way to do it. another is "Never expect everyting to be perfect" Safety comes first-so, any other things like 'the arrangement of the furniture, a scratch on the car, a tear on the dress' an so on are minor issues that should not...

we won in the volleyball Championship game!!!
