I've read in one article that when munching on finger foods(like chips, fries, cheese puffs,etc..), eat with your nondominant hand. You'll be forced to think about what you're eating, which will slow you down and cut calories....

skeilush_21 I don't know it's just hard for me to stay long in a job. maybe because I easily get bored. sometimes i think that having several part time jobs is better than one full time.
