skits_girl I know that Calcium, when taken in excess, is bad because sometimes it builds up in the arteries. But I don't think a daily dose is bad though. Maybe I'll bring this up with my doctor on my next visit =) thanks!

skits_girl I try to eat healthier and stay clear of junk food, but it's just too hard, lol. That's what I was thinking, I mean, if vitamins are good for us, wouldn't taking a lot be even better?
