I am wanted to start up my own website but I am not sure what i should do to start it. Or if it is even an option for my ideas. I was just wondering if someone would be willing to help me?

skrader what i don't understandf is why they are wasting time "rescuing" a dog that is already rescued from a loving family home when they should be rescuing dogs that actually need to be rescued. this just proves that they don't really care about the dogs needs and...
