Just saw a promotion of this site on a PTC site, has anyone ever been there before? Is it a genuine site? waiting here to hear your point of view, thanks in advance.

skypod So far I signed up and paid. Got the web site but it doesn' work. Their isued password will not open back office. That's the heart of the web program. Its useless without that acess. They have not supplied any company phone numbers. I have tried their support...
