smartx Yes if we are happy with someone we need to convey that to them , so here if we are happy with their , its kind to convey it with tips.Thanks for the response..

smartx It happened even to us once we waited almost half hour after making an order , So we shouted at manager but we had to understand later that 2 people had to serve 15 tables as others were on strike..So we tipped them heavily..thanks for your response..
