smellyday If I do a lot of sport afternoon, I'll fall asleep very soon in the night. Currently, I am mad on swimming. I swim 1km per day at 6:00, about 10:00 at night, I begin to feel sleepy very much. Maybe you can have a try. I hope it's helpful.
