is reservations in IIT and IIM's good??? i think that by reservation good people and the students who must be in the IIT are able to come.the cream layer cannot come and thus the progress is declined.the government spends much...

i use a nokia mobile phone but i think it has not good camera and battery backup is very low.Do i have to change the mobile or stick to another mobile such as that of sony erricsion or motorola!! please help me!!!
