how can u buy referrals for neobux if you are not a paypal verified user?

i have money in paypal and when i want to rent some referrals, it said that it will only allow verified users. are there any ways other than being verified? can i use credit card (india) without getting verified, its my friend...

sniperelite No it is not necessary to be verified to receive the payments from neobux if u want verify ,then see my post below
