have you seen the movie "supersize me" that a guy eats nothing but McDnalds food for a month and his body changed it is gross ,educating,and a bit scary that we have allowed ourselves to get the point of reliance on the fast...

snowmoon it's bad enough that we eat that foods very often,but supersizing our meals can really be hazardous to our health!
