How do you feel after a short walk?

I have not gone walking for awhile, I've been too busy, too lazy, etc. (I have millions of excuses). Today I walked for 10 minutes (on my break just now), and burned 54 calories, it was only 1/2 mile, but 1289 aerobic steps....
