what is this dash charging technology?

this one plus smartphone come with dash charging technology, i have read everything about it only, but does this technology control over charging or what? i mean my concern is to know what happens to my battery life if i make it...

sweetie Yes u can leave it charging overnight because it uses a built loop when the charge is about to complete it stops overcharging the phone.And it will not affect your battery life also.
