Paypal vs Alterpay

Which do you think is better? A lot of PTC site have boycotted Paypal as their alternative way of payment. why is this? Alertpay offers more features but with limited countries to serve. what are you thoughts?

soulfish Preferably I'd choose Paypal, even though they have some strict rules inputted on to them, they are trustworthy and safe. Alertpay is mostly found in PTC sites and such. So paypal would be the overtaker here.
