Hi friends , how many of you have used fat loss supplements ? Did you get good results ? Can you get upto 5 kgs weight reduction in a month ? What side effects did you experience

sparkal1011 Took adipex and my body got used to it and I stopped losing weight. I only lost about 10 lbs from it but it really does curb your appetite and it gave me energy. Long term use has been known to cause depression.

how you explain to 4 years old asked about how / where the baby come from ???

It's just a matter of time until children start asking questions about how you make baby or where the baby come from ??? Believe me, they will sometimes ask earlier than you think. It's a tricky questions. Have you prepared ???...

sparkal1011 In my experience this is a good time to start introducing God to children. We know the actual act of how the baby arrived is too much for a 4 year old to comprehend explaining to them that ultimately the baby came from God in heaven and he chose me as a mother...
