Philippine occassions will never be the same without the famous lechon. I can always remember people wishing for a lechon during parties here in Philippines.People usually go to this dish and wish to grab a bite for this tasty...

spawnio no problem dean ,im glad to help. just to make it clear ,revisions in adding fish sauce/patis for 1 kilo is 4-5 tablespoons. the receipe i gave earlier was for half a kilo. enjoy. and mabuhay lechon lovers lol.

spawnio just to add in my 1st reply you can only do this at home, not in the movies. in the movies offcourse popcorn and bon bon's vanila chocolated covered ice cream. with a big cup of soda.
