For me it is my favorite fruit and I eat it mostly after breakfast. I believe in the health benefits of this food like antioxidants which prevents cancer and also works as an anti-aging element. Also it is good for my metabolism...

Lior Marom bananas are probably my second fav fruit, I mean, I don't like eating stuff with too much fat or anything, so bananas- that give loads of energy- are perfect. I also have a sweet tooth so that's a good replacement in my diet to any chocolate or sugary tasty...
