So, what software programs slow down your system? And, how do you deal with them? Do you get rid of them or just use them less often? Whenever I click on a .pdf (Acrobat Reader) file, my computer freezes up and slows way down....

spooks some antivirus softwares may make ur comp very slow.. try to use anti virus s/w which require less space.. and it can also be viruses which slows it down.. just scan ur computer fully or format it once by backin up d files u need.. it wil solve d problem
