I have a cold, I haven't suffered with a cold for many years now. I did a little research and it said that a cold has to run its course, just take something for aches and pain. I went and purchased mostly Tylenol cold...

sreedhar16 i generally take 5 tulsi leaves morning with empty stomach.during night time i will take black pepper boiled with milk. this is a good remedy for common cold with no side effects.
