Everyday we need a sleeping in the night .According to the investings (survey),if we don`t have a good sleep ,we will be fatter than now .Fatness is so nomal in the world ,and wether should pay attention on it .If a person can`t...

srikas I did read an article sometime back by a doctor (though I dont remember the link to it) which stated... Six hours of sleep is necessary] Seven hours is Luxury And Eight hours is laziness... Not sure how correct this is...Though for me, Eight hours seem...
