Anna I am not sure that it will survive in winter where Alfredo lives. I tried several times, the plants always died in winter.

Janeth There are plenty of that kind here in my neighborhood and has a sharp thorns in the branches @LadyDuck is right it is a Bougainvillea and it will grow bigger and and it is nice to put them in your yard cause it will give plenty of flowers.
