Does anyone take anything to help them sleep at night? I was going to ask my doctor about ambien or lunesta? I have trouble sleeping and usually manage it with over the counter drugs but it might be nice to take a prescription...

ssjf2009 i have no trouble to going sleeping! use sleeping pills is not helpful for your health !just make your best to try to sleep and without sleeping pills for some time!then i think you will going to sleep as usual! good luck for you!
