st3ph_17 wow! that's a good way of putting it! I know that you should not compute how much you give up.. but sometimes, there are things that you is difficult for you to give up which would really have a big impact on you.

st3ph_17 Well if you buy boneless skinless chicken already then you won't have that much temptation during eating time! That's probably a good way of avoiding the skin.. but if you eat out.. you will not be able to resist the chicken skin AT ALL!

st3ph_17 I know how you feel. My boyfriend only eats chicken if its Fried Chicken, any other ways of cooking, he won't eat. And his reason is is that the skin is not crispy if not fried, so he won't eat it. haha!

st3ph_17 haha! I know sometimes people feel guilty. I try to control myself by just eating one piece of chicken or if I'll eat 2 pieces, I'll remove the skin on the smaller one! ahhaha!

st3ph_17 i think i don't think i could eat chicken without the skin. I am not yet a parent so I probably still don't care so much aobout it.. but maybe when I have a kid, I'll remove the skin! ahhaaha! Too bad for them.. (and me too!) but that's healthy living! Thanks...

st3ph_17 I think there really is a difference when people get older.. although I always thought that it would get worse as people get older and not get better. Glad to know that their love for each other grew stronger as time goes by.

st3ph_17 Yeah! The Notebook was very sweet and prime example of this. I just can't believe that after all those years, the love is still so strong for each other. It's not just companionship; it's really love. Seeing these old couple really puts a smile on my face

During rainy seasons, I usually get these little sort of like mosquito bites on my feet. They are just red dots and are very very very very very itchy! Especially when something is moving against my feet like the hem of my pants....

st3ph_17 yeah i think it also has something to do with the shoes.. i do wash with soap also when i get home and put alcohol after. that will stop the itch. but if i'm outside or in the office, i can't do anything about it. and i always scratch it. i love junk foods...
