Which is more effective saving or investing money

I read a lot of business oriented business and these two ways are prominent when it comes to money but I wonder which produces a better result for the future.How are you planning for your future .Is it by saving or investing?

Sam Sandoval I've never been able to invest any money so my go to is to save. I think i'm rather good at it, but if anyone has any tips on investing i'd love to hear them!!!
