What do you do to fall asleep?

Every night,to fall asleep i have to daydream for a while.That will help me fall asleep.When i am very sleepy I fall asleep immediately after closing my eyes.Do you need to do something to help fall asleep?

stephanie19871987 I need to either go on the computer with the lights off, or read until my eyes start burning lol... I must be stressed and having trouble sleeping.. I wish I would fall asleep by simply daydreaming.

My Favorite Aunt, Has Cancer in her Kidney? Here we go again!!!

I found out yesterday that my Favorite Aunt has been diagnosed with Cancer and its in her Kidney, she is having more tests done; AT this point in time, I've no idea if its just in one kidney or in both of them?? Stupid...
