egfitz62150 steelmoggy said it better than I ever could! Enabling others to cheat off of you does them more harm than good in the long run. It can also get YOU into trouble. Best thing to do is help these friends study.

jc_star10 For me, cheating is bad. First, it means that you don't respect yourself and you don't have a confidence on yourself with the exams. Second, you will make other people look at you in weird face. If you have a good grade, people will not respect you at all....

steelmoggy If you help someone cheat in an exam you're disrespecting your classmates who've done the work, and also not helping the person who's cheating. Sooner or later they're going to find themselves doing something where they can't cheat, and will get found...
