How can we say that we are a good programmer rather than our lead. Simple always try to make the theme which u r designing will have the better look. This will be copied by our lead, So, don't only think about the themes and skins...

subhendusekhar2007 That's very good. Choosing any particular mail service is very difficult.Everyone has his own choice.. So it doesn't mean any mail service is good or bad.. It depends upon u what u like..So just use any service haphazardly & continue with that..

alienstar Even i thought sourav deserved man of the match than sreeshanth, simply because batting in a bowler friendly pitch is a great thing and bowling in this helping conditions cannot be comapred to that of batting..so, obviously it should have gone to saurav....no...

From analysis of Rahul's recent matches, he is not looking to be fit for the captainship for the world cup.. I think Ganguly or Sachin should be the captain..
