I love meat but I dont eat very much of it. What will be the alternative food so that I get protein without ever eating meat? Any ideas? thanks.

succed I dont drink nor smoke nor drink acidic juice. But it doesn't matter what I ate this feeling is very agravating I will need to see my doc soon as I get an appointment.

succed Thanks, I tried to teach myself to eat more of those stuff though some of it is not quite tasty but I have to, to be able to be healthy as can be. Thanks.
