my laptop in office runs much slower than before ,especially in browsing,and for the company's rules,i can't install any software to clean it,is there any other way to make it run fast .

for me, it's computer. at least 10 hours per day in office and home,in holiday,even above 12, now i feel a little pain on my neck. How about you? how much time do you spend on computer everyday?

How many hours do you sleep per day?

Those days my sleep period becomes shorter and shorter.Six hours or less per day, but i don't feel sleepy,and i've no idea... 'Cause i usually sleep 8 hours or more and get a nap at noon. Has my body something wrong?????Maybe...
