Who is responsible for low marks in the exams.....the TEACHERS or the STUDENTS?

Most of the time its the students fault because they dont study properly, but some teachers dont teach the students properly.....so they dont understand anything in the classroom.....and get poor marks.....i am telling this coz...

For me, I just love the INTERNET.....rEaSoNs.....there are so many that i cant type that much.....what about you?

Does the iNtErNeT help or causes harm in studies?

I think internet helps the students who use it for studies.....and causes harm to studies if u sit and surf and chat all day long. what do you think?

sunnyathoney I am also a 2nd yr computer student and the internet has helped me sometimes but when i start orkut and yahoo chat, i just cant stop.....so thats where the problem is.

sunnyathoney ya.....the same problem with me.....to much game downloading and movie downloading, and i am a second year student of computer science.....so its causing a lot of harm to my studies
