how to handle PTC's paypal problems

Recently I heard two PTC sites paypal account are frozen by paypal. They are buxybux and Neobux. Now buxybux is facing to close or sell business, it only have paypal account no alertpay, It can't use money in their paypal account...

I often need to print something,so use ink really fast,every time I buy a new ink cartridge cost a lot. I live in USA, who know where can I refill them.

I tried a lot of PTC sites, but many of them are scams.Now I want to try paid emails site, could anybody tell me what paid emails site can I try fist, it is no risk, will give me payment no delay

I have interest to try PTP sites,but I don't want to try a site finally turning a scam. Could anybody give me a advise, what PTP site have already run a long time, it is honest and really pay people.
