junk food is unhealthy for sure, but its tempting because we know it tastes good in your mouth and answers to some of your food cravings. It helps you take away stress since others call it comfort food. But surely, this is junk.

after my church activity today, i cooked pork adobo, and tried to make a twist. I placed 5 lemon juice on it, and turned out to be delicious....i simmered it until if became so tender...my family loved it...it was our lunch...
