Is Easter too commercialized? What do you think?

Do you think it is? I've just come back from the shops and it was just mayhem - people stocking up on chocolate, cards, toys, gifts - it just seems nowdays Easter is an excuse for elaborate gift giving like Christmas?

When did you tell them? I am 17 weeks and haven't told anyone yet, we just feel like keeping it to ourselves for a bit. Did anyone else leave it a while to tell people? Were they angry you didn't tell them sooner?

How can I thicken a sauce?

Hi all, Today I made quite a nice stir-fry sauce from scratch, it was just soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. But it was very thin and runny - what would I add to it to make it thicker like the store-bought ones?
