depression hurts so much

i have been goin through depression for so long now ..now it feels like my head is going to burst due to depression ....i smeel some serious truble in my brain ..but i cant complain to anyone ..i have noone in this world who...

sures77 time is biggest teacher. try yoga-specially pranayam, visit a bookstore & find a book by mr chopra be truthful to your parents in this case-you will free yoursely from the guilt you are caryying
