Hello fellas how much time do u spend playing sports i play atleast 4-5 days per week and do other trainings for 3 days per week what about u ?

surpriz3 I play volleyball at the moment and i do it for both fun and to win matches with the university team :)

which shoes are best for volleyball

I'm currently using running shoes Assics gel nimbus 12 and they are super comfortable if u wonder why running shoes simply because in England there aren't any volleyball shoes so apart from volleyball shoes which are the best??
