I saw this link on aol about the cheapest person I know. They had some really hysterical situations on there. I know I am frugal and sometimes I guess I'm just a downright cheapskate, but some of these stories were unbelievable....

Rozie37 Most of those were pretty sick, but some of them were bodering on child abuse. The newspaper toilet tissue and the spoiled chicken, those were disgusting. Talk about unfit parents.
