for me...yes, when i am a little depressed, not when there is a big disaster...music, especially the old ones with less music in the background does soothe my senses and make me really calm down and rest...do you feel relieved...

susanabc1 I find music such as rock, punk and metal the bets to listen to. It gives you something to mosh or headbang to, and gives you energy! I listen to it whenever I can, it certainly wakes me up! Anything by My Chemical Romance or Black Veil Brides tends to cheer...
