How many hours of sleep do you personally require to be well rested?

I know that we do not always get the amount we need. And I also know that we do not all require the same amount. I am simply wondering about your requirement for sleep. How many hours would that be? Are you able to get enough?...

swadq1 On a lazy Sunday not much, although I aim to sleep at least 12 hours, makes up for my busy week of 8 hours sleep. I think the guidline is 10 hours a day for kids and 8 hours a day for adults. But for some reason I always seem to overshoot?!
