When stressed do you eat or stop eating?

When I'm stressed I eat a lot, I crave for sweets and chocolates and ice cream... But when I really really depressed I don't have the strength to eat more... Usually I eat junk foods when stressed LOL.... How about you?

swisschox8989 When stressed I became more extravagant, it was like fighting against my extreme emotion.I shopped a lot,listening to rock music, and eat a bulk of food(whether it is high in fats and carbohydrates).Most of the time you will see people under stress situations...
