i have acne mark on my face.i have tried many products to reduce it but it doesn't work...are there any natural home-made recipes or anything that fade my acne mark?

i'm looking for something that will cover up very well.i have used maybelline,loreal and revlon...but it doesn't work well.does anyone ever used mac make up foundation?is it good?suggestion?
