what is alertpay

There are a few programs that I was wanting to join but they only pay through alertpay. I'm assuming it's just like paypal? Does anyone here have an alertpay account. Is it safe to open one up? Do you give your bank account info?

Dead Beat Fathers

I was having a discussion with another single mother the other day, we both have children by a dead beat father who does not pay child support.I told her we should start a petition of some sort where the government pays the child...

szarsang understandable...this father however, refuses to get a job so he doesnt have to pay....either way, i seem to not get the money my child deserves :(
