I friend of mine refers me ro2.biz. But I am in doubt about the site. Could anyone explain further about the nature of the site? Do they pay thru paypal? Is this site requires to have a constant IP address? Please help me to know...

As an explanation I recently left the hospital/hospice. I was in there about 3 and a half weeks following congestive heart failure. Not a good thing..I understand that! But a bit of a problem arose with Liz on her first visit....
