My 6 year old has epilepsy!

My 6 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with epilepsy. Does anyone else have a child with this condition? Has your child outgrown it? How many neurology visits a year can I expect? I appreciate any advice!

tashab Thank you for the response. She is taking medication for it, I was hoping it wouldn't be a lifelong thing though.
