what do you do when you can't sleep?

When you have a hard time sleeping what things do you do to help you to eventually get back to sleep? Lately, I have been having a hard time sleeping. I've been trying to go to sleep later but then I still tend to wake up at 3am....

taslim85 I think relaxing is not the solution. try to work with the lifting of a burden. I mean the move using you're muscles.I've heard that the fatigue caused by muscle fatigue can help a person to sleep soundly.
