tassilyn Don't fall in love with it. Just make the offer and if they take it great and if they don't then go on to the next one. It's business and not something you are going to live in. Some people have trouble seperating that. But sounds like you are on the right...

tassilyn Sounds like you've already put a lot of thought into it and yes it is very important to have very minimal 'downtime' on the property so as to minimize your holding costs.
